   Anyone else here using Fire Fox. The layout isn’t cooperating very well with Fire Fox yet, but Pamela is still working on it. For some reason it works better with Internet Explorer. Does Microsoft secretely own WordPress?

    You’ll love Firefox. Less popups, more control over cookies, etc. Safer browser. However, you won’t be able to delete Internet Explorer, so don’t wait time trying.

    You’ll have to check with Pamela re password. I don’t think it is visible anywhere, and she must have assigned one to allow you to log in.

    There are ways to remove IE but they aren’t easy. I’d also advise against it as some sites only work with IE and don’t work with FireFox. Until recently, for example, I had to use IE to pay my cell phone bill on line. Obviously Microsoft sites are the worst and some of their sites wont’ accept Firefox.

    Ron,

    Yes, I’ve found that some sites only accept IE, so it is best to keep it on the computer. But, Firefox is the way to go.

    Re: Firefox -

    I’m on IE now and will be on Firefox at home. I have class tonight so if you get it fixed today, I will never get to see the messed up version.

    fwiw, I have torn out more than a little hair trying to get my own sites to work both in IE and Firefox. Allegedly FF is more standards-compliant, so it’s worth the work to be sure it is okay in FF.

    Did I read twinkies?

    I prefer SnowBalls my self. Twice the fat and sugar and not as nutritious. The packaging is better for you then the product.

    This place is so bright. It’s going to be great for the spirits. I actually feel happiness. Imagine that!

    I love how big our letters are! We all get so much space. Yes. As I stretch out and express myself. We sure took to it fast. Dropped our bags and settled right in. We weren’t on the road too long, though.
