Out the box: ‘I Am The President!’

I have long maintained that Bush is stark raving mad. Now Think Progress has a report that says “In Meeting, ‘Wild-Eyed’ Bush Thumped Chest While Repeating ‘I Am The President!’” During a recent meeting, Bush lost control of his sanity(or what there was of it), and even shocked some of his friends from Texas. Think Progress quotes an article from the Dallas Morning News in which Bush is clearly in his maniac mode.

But by all reports, President Bush is more convinced than ever of his righteousness.

Friends of his from Texas were shocked recently to find him nearly wild-eyed, thumping himself on the chest three times while he repeated “I am the president!” He also made it clear he was setting Iraq up so his successor could not get out of “our country’s destiny.”

It goes on to tell an account that happened earlier this month. Think Progress reported on Chris Nelson of the Nelson Report, telling about a “similar account earlier this month:”

[S]ome big money players up from Texas recently paid a visit to their friend in the White House. The story goes that they got out exactly one question, and the rest of the meeting consisted of The President in an extended whine, a rant, actually, about no one understands him, the critics are all messed up, if only people would see what he’s doing things would be OK…etc., etc. This is called a “bunker mentality” and it’s not attractive when a friend does it. When the friend is the President of the United States, it can be downright dangerous. Apparently the Texas friends were suitably appalled, hence the story now in circulation.

If there was any doubts as to how far gone the President really is, this should make even the wingnuts Nervous. The man is MAD! Not in the angry sense either! As He-Man goes around thumping his chest like King Kong, we no longer have fear itself to fear. We have a mad king hell bent on doing what he very well wants to do. We have the makings of a dictator like the very one he was determined to take out in Iraq.

Some of those 28% misinformed Americans better take a closer look before it’s too late. The image given is more than one needs to imagine what the man is willing to do, and how far he will go to do it. That dog is over due for his rabies shot!

    Donnie, That is really hilarious.

    You’re serious!

  2. He’s beyond an embarassment at this point. Wake me when it’s over!

  3. That’s The Decider folks! The Commander Guy if you will. Scared yet?

  4. Ginny Cotts says:

Now we have the third of the last 4 GOP Presidents triggering the possibility that he needs to be removed from office due to mental/psych failure.

Will Americans finally learn this lesson? I am scared of the answer on that one.

It has been obvious to me that King George has some serious mental problems. Of course, his primary mental problem is impairment. In other words the man is just plain dumb. He brags that he doesn’t read newspapers. He has absolutely no command of the english language. At press conferences his answers are rambling and generally incomprehensible. His limited IQ is a constant source of internationsl embarassment. His actions and speech are evidence of some serious psychological problems as:
    1. Giving the female German President an
    unsolicited back rub.
    2. His pathetic photo-opt aboard the USS
    Lincoln. (Mission Accomplished)
    3. The fact that he has publicly stated that
it was “God’s will” that made him
    President. (gosh, I thought Katherne
Harris has more to do with it.)
    4. As verified in Paul O’Neils book, “The
Price of Loyality”, he sits glassy eyed
through most cabinet meetings. He is
    characterized as being totally oblivious
to all proceedings taking place. (Could
he possibly be back on the sauce?)
    5. When asked if he had asked his father
PaPa Bush) before invading Iraq, he
replied, “No I consulted a Higher Father.”
Gosh, he has a direct hot line to God.
Where are the men with a net?
    6. When attacked on 9/11, he spent a full
    seven minutes reading to elementary
    school children before departing the
school. This is the leader of the free
    7. His stunts in attempting to get the US
Constitution admended to bar gay marriage
and his unwarranted intervention in the
Terry Shivo (end of life) case were
examples of poor judgement and mental

These are just a few examples of this sorry excuse for a Presidents mental deficiencies/defects. Isn’t just being plain out of your mind cause for impeachment? This is much more scary than it is funny. He has effectively turned our democratic form of government into a monarchy. A true system of checks and balances no longer exists. After all, he is “The Decider”. The truly frightening part is that he still has another 19 months to serve!!

Buzz: I totally agree. All of the incidents you cite are relevant, though this latest chest-thumping story is truly spooky.
. . and don’t forget the 2004 debates: the box with the wire, the strange drooling at one point. .
Someday we’ll find out exactly what’s wrong. But there’s definitely something wrong. Scary.
