		<description>There are companies advertising &quot;affordable&quot; health insurance for the self employed, but a piece in Business Week a couple of years back showed that the benefit to cost was very minimal. This stuff is ultra pricey. The truth is the truth unless you live over on the right side, and need for it to be something else.  Then even something as simple as a slogan or talking point is a sufficient substitute.</description>
