Better late than never. The country deserves to have the Democrats force this administration to put a no nonsense traditionalist over DOJ. We are long past the "business as usual" stage. There is now no denying that BUSHCO is a special kind of bad and they just plain need to be thwarted at every opportunity. In addition, there is nothing about this situation that creates any appearance that second guessing this particular President at this particular point in time will be penalized in any way by the public.
