		<description>If you mean that BUSHCO has subverted more of the government more deeply, you might have a point. On the other hand, both the CIA and the Justice Department (John Mitchell) were in things up to their eyeballs during all of the Nixon years.

What strikes me to be the biggest differences between the times, however, is that lots of people knew that Nixon had to be stopped, and lots more ended up accepting that conclusion. Now the protection of our nation just can&#039;t get any traction on the center stage, and I can&#039;t for the life of me understand why not. I do know that it&#039;s a bad sign, though.</description>
