I've often wondered how people who think sexual orientation is a choice discovered their own. I want to ask them if they had any doubts then or since. Interesting stat in that information: more than 6 in 10 abortions occur within the first 8 weeks of pregnancy. So most of these women have figured out they are pregnant and terminate it before they miss a second period. Given the number of pregnant teens, most of the other 3+ out of 10, are probably due to not realizing or hiding their condition. The abortion rate is falling although we have figured out that abstinence only sex ed does not work. So if we could improve our sex ed classes to include <strong><em>sexuality</em></strong> and have enough info on contraception, we might just get those numbers down to safe and rare.
