Ready Day One Definition with Surgeon Analogy

Ready Day One – What does it mean? I will Explain…

It means that Hillary will not need or experience the type of On The Job Training that any other candidate will go through.

An example:
You need critical heart surgery, it will be very tricky surgery, your life depends on it, it requires a one of a kind operating room, it is accepted that unexpected things will happen during surgery that require experienced hands and you have to choose between two chief surgeons.

Both surgeons had gone through medical school excelling at all they did, successfully completed the steps to being a chief surgeon; service to the poor, both have been in the trenches working to improve  for all, served on committees, developed and promoted new policies and procedures, they both want the absolute best for their patients and country, etc.

Now then how do you decide between these two surgeons?

Here is the information that you know about the two surgeons, everything else you would care to know about them being the same.

The 1st surgeon

  • a) She has had 8 years of experience in the one of a kind operating room, at the side of a chief surgeon, that performed the same type of critical surgery you require
  • b) She has an additional 8 years of being a chief surgeon with lots of successful hands on experience
  • c) She has a bedside manner that is better than most surgeons.

    • The 2nd surgeon

  • a) He has NO experience in the one of a kind operating room, none at the side of a chief surgeon that performed the type of surgery you need.
  • b) He has 2 plus years of being a chief surgeon with good experience for only two years of being a chief surgeon
  • c) He has a bedside manner that is just off the roof compared to most surgeons.

    • Which surgeon will you pick?

  • 1) She, that has 8 years of experience in the one of a kind operating room, at the side of a chief surgeon that performed the type of surgery you need and she does have a bedside manner better than most.

    • Or

  • 2) He, that has NO experience in the one of a kind operating room at the side of a chief surgeon that performed the type of surgery you need but he does have the best bedside manner.

    • You decide on a third choice, the best choice; You make HER your Chief surgeon. You make Him, her assistant surgeon, they complement each other, they make a great team, he gets the experience and seasoning he needs for future surgeries in the one of a kind operating room.

    Result – Your surgery is magnificently successful with the Best Future they and you both dreamed of!!

      Your chosen answer fails to take into consideration the monumental egos involved, top to bottom, in both campaigns. I personally find nothing wrong with it but I’d give you quite large odds that it ain’t happening.
