Shhh… Don’t let her opponent know… “Clinton stresses party unity in Pennsylvania.” Too bad Obama isn’t calling for party unity too. But we know better than to expect that, don’t we? Sphere: Related Content

Obama and the Gay Issue–Still Inconsistent, Still Not Discussed

For several years, Barack Obama claimed he was opposed to gay marriage because of his religious faith. He belongs to a denomination that supports gay marriage, but no television host or reporter ever questioned him about this inconsistency. But over the weekend we reached a grim milestone (4,000 U.S. troops) and it’s a good time to stop and reflect (video via TM): AP News reports: The overall U.S. death toll in Iraq rose to 4,000 after four soldiers were killed in a roadside bombing in Baghdad, a grim milestone that is likely to...

Dizzy’s Ten Post Round-Up

We got snow for Easter, in my neck of the woods.  As the snow began to melt, today, I could see the first signs of Spring, sprouting up out of the brown ground; the first sprigs of green grass.  I think we are going to need another decent snowstorm, to saturate the ground, to boost the colors of Spring; something I am looking forward to, along with the 60-plus degree temperatures. It’s Monday, so ya’ll know what that means:...
