Dick Morris and Sean Hannity Spread Chelsea/Sept. 11 Lie About Hillary

Long-time Hillary-hater Dick Morris, appearing on Fox’s Hannity & Colmes, told the same lie about Clinton that he told four years ago–that she falsely stated that Chelsea jogged around the World Trade Center and was only protected because she went into a coffee shop and that she heard and saw the planes hit.

Clinton said nothing of the kind. What she said (and what Chelsea wrote in 2001) was that her daughter had  “gone, what she thought would be just a great jog. She was going to go down to Battery Park, she was going to go around the towers. She went to get a cup of coffee and–and that’s when the plane hit.”

Not that it’s such an important matter, anyway, but when will people learn that when Dick Morris is talking about Hillary Clinton (not to mention other topics), he is lying? Democrats who have always hated Morris are now quoting him to death all over the Worldwide Web.

Hannity’s take on Morris’s lie was “Well, I think this now is–it creates a danger of this becoming a joke here. Such “jokes” are called slander where I come from.

This is an example of what I meant when I said the old party definitions don’t matter anymore: Democrats are loving Fox News, Keith Olberman is quoting Drudge Report rumors about Bill Clinton. Democrat and Republican differences don’t count this time around, because there really, honestly, is no difference this time. I know we’ve wanted to strangle people who said that about Al Gore and George W. in 2000 — but go to DKos and HuffPo and then listen to the ditthead callers-in to Limbaugh’s program, and there really isn’t one.

If Obama gets in, it’s warmongering. Men do not exult in the destruction of a woman without following it up with ass-kicking and shooting at things. Throughout the entirety of human history, that’s just not how it happens. And the same thing’s happening now — old definitions don’t matter in this one. 🙁

Dick Morris and Sean Hannity are despicable, just like the Fox Network!
