Pamela,

I'm not over the rape of Florida and Michigan yet. Frankly, every democrat should be alarmed!!!! The democrats are now desenfranchising voters and rigging elections. I was in D.C. for the DNC RBC meeting and is was outragous. In Michigan they took 4 delegalates (14,000 votes) away from Clinton and gave them to Obama. Plus they gave him all the uncommitted delegates, even though several percent were for Edwards. Than all the delegates were split so their votes only counted for half. It was a shake down, and Senator Clinton got seriously screwed. In Florida she only got 10 more delegates than him, and she won 300,000 more votes than him. They also cut the Florida votes in half. I'm sorry, but this is hard to swallow.

So excuse me, if am not on board with Dean's and Pelosi's pick!!!

Oh, and it was nice of Dean to finally come out about all the mysogyny the same day the DNC RBC screwed her. But of course, he blamed it on the media and failed to mention the participation and complicity of members of his own party.

So, I won't vote for McCain. I'll do a write in Hillary Clinton ballot. They take our votes for granted, and frankly they steal them, and if we continue to let them, we will become a dictatorship. It's important to make our government accountable, starting with our own party. These guys haven't done a damn thing since they became the majority. I hope Clinton at least ends up as the senate majority leader. Maybe then something will get done.

I will be waiting to see what Senator Clinton says before I know what feels right for me to do. I respectfully disagree about us having two strong candidates.

Only Senator Clinton is worthy of my vote at this time. She is clearly the ONLY qualified candidate. The silence of the DNC and the opponent while Hill has been repeatedly attacked, vilified, and disrespected, as well as her supporters, is inexcusable and intolerable.

My vote is my voice. I do not give it lightly. I will not support a party whose silence has spoken loud and clear while hatred has reigned. It is not the Democratic Party I have belonged to for 37 years and I will not fall in line.

Thank you Pamela for your work here. We will each do what we need to do.

Cold

"Although we have clearly been at odds since I started hanging out here, one thing I never doubted about you is your wonderful dedication the the Democratic Party."

Thank you. I do appreciate that. We've got work to do. I wish things had turned out differently, but we are where we are. So roll up your sleeves and let's get to work on the job at hand -- defeating John McCain!

While I am probably not your first choice for backup, Pamela, I'm with you completely. Although we have clearly been at odds since I started hanging out here, one thing I never doubted about you is your wonderful dedication the the Democratic Party. While you may doubt this - I never felt that you weren't sincere. I may argue about your choice of friends, that's a joke, your blog has helped strengthen my own commitment to the party that gives a shit about people. You may think I am some sort of elitist for admitting that I have shopped at Whole Foods, I really am not an elitist, except that no one should hunt over any dog but a Gordon Setter & no one should ride anything but a Tennessee Walking Horse. There I've admitted by elitism. But thanks again, Pamela, you have & are doing a good thing & I do appreciate it.
