When I see politicians using religion in anyway, I am always reminded of a story from the Christian Bible. I can only recall one time when Jesus supposedly got angry, and that was when people were trying to profit at a Temple. The only thing that got this person angry, according to the Christian cannon, was when the temple was perverted for personal gain.

I'm always skeptical of those who make a big show of their religiosity.
