Late Night: And So It Begins…

The headlines say it all:

Watch the ad here:

Oh, the irony… As if John McCain would do better by America on energy and gas prices. I can’t help but LMAO…

Via Marc Ambinder:

The ad claims that McCain is pushing his party to deal with climate change while Obama is Dr. No — says no to any and all solutions.

An Obama spokesman issued this response:

“What we need to solve our energy crisis is an honest debate about the choices before us, not more attack ads that mislead voters about the facts. There’s a real choice in this election between John McCain’s promise to continue the Bush approach of trying to drill our way out of our energy crisis – which even he admits won’t lower prices this summer – or Barack Obama’s plan to provide meaningful short-term relief for our families and to make a historic investment in alternative energy development that will create millions of new jobs, keep the cost of energy affordable and secure our energy independence once and for all.”

An excellet response from the Obama team and that add is absurd and false. How about sugar cane and we get started on this energy crisis at 90 % McCain ? You’re supporting at 70% and Obama is supporting at 80 %.Let’s have an auction,do we hear 90%? Contact Bill Clinton for details and a plan !

  2. Peace Out For Unity says:

The advertisement is distorting the facts to confuse and Bill Clinton has an incredible plan for energy! He spoke to all the mayors about it at a convention two weeks ago.”We were warned ” Watch that for a reality check and they just said we have a 50/50 chance our polar ice doesn’t melt by the end of the summer and scientists are very concerned. Negative campaign attacks for political advantage ? Scary !

  3. Peace Out For Unity says:

It’s like these guys are trying to come up with the plan and the financial path to get there with the explanation and details on how ,while the Clinton team already has it organized and on the table. It’s done, stick a fork in it and we don’t eat rare hamburger anymore or the tomatoes. We’re in the back yard growing our own until they figure out what’s going on with that ! God bless our produce supply and they don’t have that pin pointed to tomatoes either. Our gas smoke may end up smelling like french fries and heard they were selling more engines to convert. The american public is aware every time we go to the pumps and what happens when it goes to $8.00 ? A prediction by experts that are studing and speaking up.Negative campaign ads ? Do we have time for that ?

  4. Peace Out For Unity says:

How about a deal that every time these guys decide to spend the money on distorted of the truth, negative campaign advertisements to confuse the issues, that money spent doubles and goes for books needed in curriculums at school buildings ! NCLB was funded at 10 % ? Are we ending those mandates yet ?

  5. Peace Out For Unity says:

“An honest debate” We need the details of the plan and the map financially on how to get off this mountian of global warming and to prevent an energy crisis to secure the safety of this nation. It all revolves around energy independence ! Where are the sugar cane crops and the car manufactures are ready when you are ! The solar lights at the end of the drive are working and really cool ! Go watch Bill Clinton’s speech and you won’t think they look odd ! Debate ? Okay and who has the best map with details ? The Clinton’s are on Obama’s team !

  6. Peace Out For Unity says:

“Shame on you McCain ” Ya better watch distorting health care to or Hillary Clinton is going to get mad and the lightening will strike ! Not to mention Mrs. Obama and she’s compared to a lightening rod ! It began alright !

  7. Peace Out For Unity says:

3 million dollars and double that and it’s six million for education as we all keep score ! We’ll be the kites ! Lightening rods and kites are flying ! Strike that deal !

  8. Peace Out For Unity says:

That’s too, for health care also and that campaign ad is on a tight rope that just got cut down ! Ya can’t balance that ! Call Ringling Brothers ! Wasn’t Krone the old days elephant they used ?

  9. Peace Out For Unity says:

Visualize a comeback ad and there is an elephant on a tight rope in a circus tent holding a sign in his tusk that says balance. The donkey looks up as the tight rope snaps and the elephant is falling with the back ground music playing,”Send in the clowns, well maybe in four years.” Energy independence with an innovational agenda to get the job done and the donkey has a kite on his tail with a list of how. Lightening rod could be striking that tight rope for it to snap ?I’m out of here and thank-you Pamela ! Save the money and draw a cartoon !

  10. Peace Out For Unity says:

Go Obama and he just slam dunked for two the list and specific’s on his energy steps ! No Pagnotta clowning around on that ! That ad above and the money spent reminds me of the old Circus Thrill Acts and The Revolving Wheel ! Round and round it goes but what specific’s ,nobody knows ! Acrobatics and flying trapeze with Jumbo the elephant as Obama stays on focus with the issue and his plan and details concerning energy. His plane had to make a pit stop due to difficulties but all is well and it wasn’t an emergency. He’ll be back Charlotte ! He’s indicating number 1 and number 2 when he explains his energy and the steps he’ll take for solutions that work ! Good job Obama and that’s clear and specific !

The Republics won’t touch us with this swill. The few who truly care about this issue will know this ad for what it is, and most will just yawn and wait for the p;d man to say something important. Talk about throwing ad dollars away.
