Both CBS and AP are reporting that Roland Burris will be confirmed in his Senate seat. While Reid flatly denies the report, the Illinois Secretary of State said her signature was not necessary and was ‘ceremonial’. Reid has said he was waiting for confirmation of that fact for their Supreme Court. Here’s the latest followed by a comment from Barack Obama:
