It’s seems so early to be starting the ’12 speculation, but apparently “General Petraeus is planning on delivering the commencement address at the University of Iowa in 2010.” The news has political junkies chattering about the intent.
The chatter should be short lived however, as The Hill reports, “Contrary to a report on the Weekly Standard today (and that I highlighted here), Gen. David Petraeus is not speaking at the University of Iowa’s graduation in 2010.”
Thank goodness… I thought a few right wingers might start hyperventilating and pass out from the joy of the General running.
