AIG Chairman Edward Liddy is testifying today before a House Panelon the AIG bonus debacle that has created a firestorm of anger throughout the nation. In anticipation of his House testimony, Liddy penned some sort of mea culpa for the WaPo trying to spin his way out of the debacle.
And just incase you’re not angry enough over this whole ugly mess, the AIG staff would like you to know that they believe “We deserve this money.” Ah… the audaciousness of greed. Unbelievable.
I personally see no reason whatsoever why these losers should be paid to “fix their own mess.”
