I'm seriously disappointed that congress is treating under 21 ADULTS like second class citizens when it comes to credit cards. It was possible for me to buy a house at 22 in part because I had nearly five years of credit history. Compound interest should be taught in 5th grade. Teenagers today should not need to pay to take a class or get a co-signer just because they are under 21 and not working full time. I certainly didn't suddenly get smart when I turned 21. However I was given credit card limits of $20k+ when I was 21 and had a career vs a max limit of $1k when I was 18 and only had a summer job.
