Thanks for your support Pamela. I am one of the student organizers of the MBA Oath and I can speak for the team when I say we are grateful for thoughtful supporters. Our goal in creating the oath was really two-fold. We wanted make a difference in the lives of the students who take the oath. We also wanted to start a broader public conversation of the responsibility business leaders have to society. Your blog helps with the second. We recognize there is a lot of work to do and we don't have the answers. I wonder if your readers have suggestions for making the oath stronger or other ideas to further professionalize management.
