		<description>Get people excited at election time and they come out to vote. My impression is that Brown got the red necks excited, and Coakley excited no one. Maybe unions need a &quot;no red necks allowed&quot; rule. I know they could have used one in 1980 for Reagan v. Carter. 

Or maybe Unions just need new blood top to bottom, because we need them to start becoming more relevant, not less.</description>
