Wild Night in Boston: Boston Globe Reports One Marathon Bomber in Custody

A shooting at MIT leaves one MIT police officer dead. Carjacking in the area ends up with gun fight and more explosive devices in Watertown. One suspect is in custody. The Boston Globe headlined this story a short time ago:

One suspect in Monday’s Boston Marathon bombings has been captured, according to an official with knowledge of the investigation. Another remains on the loose in Watertown after a firefight with police. Authorities have established a 20-block perimeter as they search for him.

Twitter has been a buzz since the MIT shooting was first reported. I’ve been following the live feed on WCVB for the past 3 – 4 hours now. One suspect is still at large. FBI, ATF, National Guard all on the ground in Watertown searching the area.

Situation is tense and unfloding in Watertown. Residents are urged, stay inside, do not open doors. Lock windows. Close blinds. Suspect believed still at large.
