I will not pretend to understand the very complex rules of the California Democratic Party with regard to delegate counts after the Primary. I do know these two things: A. It’s possible for a popular vote winner, like Hillary Clinton by nearly 10 points, to wind up with less delegates than the popular vote loser. B.
