Poor old John… Apparently, John McCain is “anxious to counter the blanket media coverage” that Barack Obama received on his trip to the Middle East and Europe and so now McCain is “weighing whether to announce his running mate in the coming weeks before the spotlight shifts to China and the opening of the Olympic Games next month.”

Me thinks K-Lo needs to go back to school to answer her own curious question:
If Obama could go to Germany and give a speech in English and be not only understood but well-received, why does he say we all need to learn another language?

Barack Obama’s speech in Berlin, Germany today drew a crowd of “200,000, according to the Obama campaign, which cited local officials.”
He drew warm applause in declaring that the world should be free of nuclear weapons, the war in Iraq should be over, the world should commit to fight global warming, reject torture and welcome immigrants.
