Most of Peggy Noonan’s column in yesterday’s WSJ was predictably awful:
– McCain won the debate on Wednesday? Really?
– McCain succeeded in ridiculing Obama’s “eloquence”? Seriously, what debate was she watching, and from the confines of what alternate un-reality?
– The election is “infantilizing”? Why, because the guy she doesn’t like is winning?

The latest campaign ad from John McCain contends today that his running mate, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, “stopped the Bridge to Nowhere.”
But in truth, Sarah Palin “was for the infamous bridge before she was against it.” AP explains in a Fact Check and the WSJ notes that the “Record Contradicts Palin’s ‘Bridge’ Claims.”
