Oddly straddling the worlds of legitimate science and the world of crank science; "education reform" and "edumacashun," they eke out a meager existence only backed by the shadowy zillionaires of the Club for Growth and Long Island political computer crank Robert Mercer. And they're running for Congress. Again.
