I’ve had a day today. One of those days where I didn’t get much accomplished but I did remember to wear ORANGE because today, JANUARY 11, 2008, is the six-year anniversary of the first arrival of prisoners at Guantánamo Bay and the ACLU has called for a national day of protest.

Yesterday, Senator Chris Dodd sent out an email sent he was putting a hold on the FISA legislation. Today he took it a step further announcing “he is prepared to go to the Senate floor and filibuster.” It’s awesome that he’s willing to stand up and fight the FISA bill. Watch the video:
