Resolving the issue of the votes in Michigan and Florida is fast becoming an essential ingredient to winning in November. Enforcing the “rules” as they currently stand could help assure another “inconvenient” loss for the Democrats.

Breaking News: Senator Feinstein today announced that she will vote against the nomination of Judge John G. Roberts Jr. to be Chief Justice.
Feinstein, the committee’s only woman, said her vote was decided after Roberts refused to fully answer her and other Democrats’ questions in his confirmation hearing last week.
