Big Tent Democrat notes on Talk Left that Obama gave a speech in MO, before the polls closed in WVa. A little tacky? Kinda… But we already know Obama is looking beyond W Va although the results there could matter.

The latest Rasmussen Poll gives Hillary a 5 point edge in Indiana and McClatchy reports, “Clinton cutting into Obama’s lead in North Carolina.” WRAL reports, “Poll: Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama in tight race for N.C. votes.”

Tuesday night – primary day in PA – I finally left the polling place where I am minority inspector at about 9:30 pm. Whew, long day, I’m thinking; I’m beat. I debate just going home and calling my numbers into County Dem HQ and think nah, I do want to stop by the party at Joe Sestak’s campaign HQ. That turned out to be an eventful decision.

The FEC, under court order to regulate campaign advertising on the Web, has been looking at regulating other political activity on the Internet. The tremendous increase of Netroots political action groups in sparking national attention and debate leading to mass organized intervention activities, on top of the all important fund raising potential; had also come under FEC scrutiny for regulation.
