I don’t drive a lot — thank goodness. But, the ever rising gas prices have me thinking I will be driving even less. CNN reports today:
The $100 fill-up has arrived in the United States.

The LA. Times set off a bit of a firestorm today claiming the Clinton campaign was “push polling” in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. Their tip on claimed “push polling” came from Ed Coghlan, “who’s a former news director for a local TV station.”
Needless to say, bloggers piled on with the usual… Those [...]

The economy is likely to dominate Thursday’s debate, as both candidates look to appeal to supporters of Edwards and his brand of economic populism.
Clinton and Obama have split victories in their parties’ early-voting states: Obama has won in Iowa [...]

It’s been raining for days in Southern California and that rain has wrecked some havoc around the area, including my neighborhood. I’ve been experiencing intermittent power outages since early morning (2:30 am) that have lasted from a few minutes to a few hours. Late yesterday afternoon I received an email from the Clinton campaign about attending an event here with Hillary Clinton in the San Fernando Valley (Northridge). I’m on the run today… heading out to Clinton campaign event here in the San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles).
I haven’t been out to see any of the candidates speak as of yet, mostly due to a lack of time or interest. As I reported here a few weeks ago, I did try to get a [...]

Ever vigilant, the mass media dug into a critical social issue and rooted out the information in their never-ending quest to guarantee the people’s right to know.
What they determined was the people’s right to know was that 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears, star of Nickelodeon’s “Zoey 101,” is pregnant. Jamie Lynn is the younger sister of [...]

Be aware, there are about 7 shopping days left before the Jolly Fat Dude arrives. I just wanted to remind those of you who act as Santa’s “authorized agent” to get moving. I just got done with my online holiday list (one thing that each family member “really, really, wanted”). I’ll admit it, I am [...]
